Today the buyer signed the contract for a house and several land areas. We joined the buyer at the Estate Agent office. It is a legal obligation for the Estate Agent to read through and explain the contract and other important documents. We used the prepared English documents and translated other matters. It is important not to rush this process. So we enjoyed drinking tea and chatting as well. Both the buyer and Estate Agent looked so happy. The contract is signed. The keys are handed over.
